Appearence:
Swiss blue topaz, also known as electric blue topaz, is the bright vivid form of blue topaz, darker than sky blue topaz, and not as dark as the london blue topaz.

Something Extra:
Although Topaz of any color is the birthstone for November, other Gemstones have also been used
as a November birthstone substitute. Previously Yellow was the dominant color used in birthstone
jewelry. But many of the stones used by manufacturers in these inexpensive settings were actually
Citrine, a Yellow variety of Quartz. Smoky Quartz was also called Smoky "Topaz" by many
unscrupulous persons and unknowing jewelers in an attempt to create more sales in this birth month.
